Temporary – These positions are job orders that Expandability Staffing receives from a company (our customer) who needs a temporary worker for a minimum of one week, long-term engagement, or indefinite assignment.

Temporary to regular – A trial period is determined before a company (our customer) hires the associate, giving you an opportunity to try out the job before you hire on.

Direct hire placements – We do all the sourcing, recruiting and prescreening for the position and make a referral to the company. You go through an interview process with your “foot in the door” and if the company and you are a match, you will be made a regular job offer to start with our Expandability Staffing customer.

Types of positions we fill

Office – Administrative, clerical, data entry, receptionist, office assistant, customer service, call center

Light Industrial – Food Service, hospitality, assembly, packaging, shipping and receiving, technician, testing

Professional – Accounting and finance, IT, engineering, project management, quality assurance, legal-paralegal, management, design

Competitive Wages – When we match you to an assignment we benchmark the competitive wage for the job responsibilities and skillsets required for the position based on the current market. We offer the assignment to you and confirm what your wage will be for each assignment.

Holiday Pay – Expandability Staffing will pay you for up to six holidays when you work 1,500 hours preceding the holiday and you are actively on assignment thru Access2Employment. The six holidays we pay at your current pay rate are:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Longevity Bonus – We appreciate our associates who have been loyal and worked throughout the year for us. That is why we want to recognize you with a longevity bonus. If you work 1,500 hours within your anniversary year, we will pay you 1% of your earnings upon your anniversary date.
